The GFDL that run took it out only 6 hours. Given that it is a late cycle model and data is released 6 hours after being initialized, it means the GFDL did not carry it past the time it was released a few hours ago. My guess for that model image is that the storm can no longer be found and that it is bouncing around trying to pick up on it. I don't know how that kind of stuff works, but my guess is that site is very raw, the actual model that you see released is smart enough to drop it rather than doing a crazy track like that. But again, I'm not too familiar with how that is generated.
