Here is the sun spot that is rotating out of view. It was the biggest in two years. As it does, the ultimate source of this organization of clouds goes away. The prevailing winds could take it toward the islands, but factors that led to its intensification are now diminishing and it will be away from Americas which was the closest source of electrical energy for its RI.
I think it's still too early for an Iokie like storm. Call me crazy, but this peters out before the HI.
