Actually the update talked about shear & the upper lows but is elnino the cause. Like Gianmarc said & said in my update the it is not nearly as strong as Andrew season at 1.8 above normal campared to 0.8 now, so this is a mystery to me. I know there has been some dry air as doorman likes to dwell on but not much worse than any other year I have seen. On a side note the euro is showing a system making it looking lioke it will head across in 10 days maybe the one behind 95L. I would not write off the cape verde season, infact we need to watch those sheared waves when they get into the western basin.
