I don't think they've started burning it yet, at least not according to tonight's update on NOAA's site

With BP having record profits in their 1st quarter & coming off the largest fine in US history for it's failing to correct safety violations/the explosion in Texas City - a whopping $ 87,000,000,,, I hope they spare no expense in fixing their latest snafu. Hopefully dozens more workers won't die to increase their profits.

I know we need oil, it just sucks that it comes at such costs
