Alligator Bob ! You know full well though that natural oil ''seeps'' release oil into the seas in small amounts over long periods of time and over large enough areas, that those ''seeps '' are by no means even comparable to the man made spews and spills and the potential and actual harm caused by those spews and spills !
We can not do a whole lot to stop natural sources of pollution,''and usually there is no real need to'' but there is a lot that we can do to stop man made pollution and other forms of enviromental degradation. The most significant thing we can do to protect our natural world is to accept the fact that nature,for the most part is our provider,protector and ultimatly the source of freedom,meaning and even our existance.We need to learn to live within the bounds of nature,respecting natural forces as opposed to fearing nature,ignoring her or trying to improve upon and or overcoming her.
