Jake, a yellow circle should not include the 0 percentile. If the NHC honestly thinks that tropical formation within 24 hours is either 0 or near 0 then I can't see how a yellow circle is justified. And I don't care what they say in the tropical update in regards to this. I don't see how a yellow (which in our culture means cautionary) color can be posted for an area which the NHC gives as having a 0 or near 0 percentage chance of tropical formation within 48 hours. |
