I agree with Doug there are Weird things going on with upper level winds this season. It seems the storms never get to stack proper because of upper level wind shear. All I know is the weather all over the world is weird this year. We have temps in the south with heat indexes in the 130 range that''s strange. Either this year is going to be a bust or all hell is going to brake loose?
