A friend just called and said Jim Cantore announced on TWC a few minutes ago that there is a mandatory evac for Outer Banks.

Is he NOW the mayor-- or what.  Glad someone made the decision-- it's hard to get off with so few bridges and 2 lane roads etc.

Wondering-- if he is IN the Outer Banks--perhaps they are safer than we think-- LOL
