You can't see exposed LLCs on the WV loop, and even on visible it's much easier to make out in the close-up view rather than the loop you linked here. On the close-up visible sat the swirl that ejects out from under the convection is clearly visible. What IS clear on the visible sat loop you linked, though, is the shear out ahead of the system, which it's about to contend with.
I was convinced last nigh that this thing was getting its act together and made several posts reflecting that, but after seeing how misaligned the circulations are with this system, it appears to me, at least, that it is very poorly organized and not dealing well with the shear that surrounds it. I agree with Jim, then, that this system will remain weak--at least in the short term, and quite possibly longer than that.. |
