From JWTC

For now it looks to become a cat 2 highest winds, 103.570 mph / 90 kts, are expected at 14/06Z.
Baguio radar seems to be the one that will be closest to the eye. For now it looks to me the first landfall will be a little north of Casiguran, Philippines. For now it looks like it will exit near Vigan City, Philippines. It for now looks like second landfall will be very near Hebei Harbor, China
