"Mike Thiess is there but decided not to chase it north." It could also be travel restrictions set by the government. They are very, very strict. Glad Mike Thiess was able to get there hope he got some good information/pictures.

Hong Kong is very, very lucky. This If I am correct this is typhoon # 13 for China this year. I know they have had terrible flooding this year I don't know how much is from 13 typhoons and how much has come from the very active monsoon season this year.

Since it is in Chinese I am not sure but I think these are from USAGI.
