Usagi landed on Shanwei, Guangdong province at 19:40 22-09-2013 Source:National Meteorological Centre
Severe typhoon Usagi landed on coast of Shanwei, Guangdong province at about 19:40 on September 22 with landing maximum wind force up to scale 14 (45m/s).
Affected by the typhoon, from 8:00 yesterday to 19:00 today, eastern Guangdong and Pearl River mouth, eastern Fujian, and southern coast of Zhejiang have seen wind with scale 9-11 with maximum wind force up to scale 15-16 in scatted areas. The isolated areas in southeastern Zhejiang and eastern Fujian have been up to 150-180mm. The typhoon is forecasted to move west by north at speed of 20-25 km per hour with weakening intensity. (Sep. 22)
