Kinda agree with Euro here that it won't get to hurricane status. Lots of shear is hitting it now and it looks very ragged. It has a small window to intensify but it's going to be moving pretty quickly and that will make it hard for R.I. I think it'll get up to about 60mph and be very lopsided with all the bad weather being on the east side.
