| It may be a good time to call old friends to see if they have a spare room they might share. My main focus would be on the small but significant possibility of an 18 foot or greater storm surge if the storm lands near 930mb, which would be up there with Katrina in the history books. It looks like HWRF goes Cat 5 in the Oct 7th 06Z model run.... Let's see how this changes over the next 24 hours. Disclaimer: This is just one of many models. Cyclone tracking is just a hobby for me.
