Sounds like you were at war but the hard work paid off maybe save rags old clothing buy bags of towels for the next one. Sounds like you could use a generator I have an old one I'm not using but I have not ran it in a few years If it works I would be happy to bring it to you to keep. You may be without power for a week or longer based it being underground. At least you could run fans if you have any & have basic lighting & charging, let me know I'll email you too..
