This sure is going to be interesting to watch evolve, that's for sure.
JAC, he konws his teleconnection patterns very well and is very skillful in recognizing patterns that create specific synoptic set ups in the Northeast. Working with him you can definitly tell he is very nuetral in his forecasting. He doesn't hype or downplay; he's very straightoward with the science. |
