| Yep its quite funny - they changed the criteria for a blizzard.. but didnt tell anybody and appeared to have forgotten at first but later upgraded the warning to a blizzard. Apparently now its only wind speed and visbility for criteria - they removed the windchill component, which means blizzard warnings are going to be a lot more common. |
