300mb Winds

My previous post showed 500mb winds.
Actually I meant to put 300mb winds.
Here they are running about 10 to 30 knots over the forecasted LLC.
However, you can see by the higher winds over the FL-Straits, the TUTT (UL-Low) is ideally positioned to create a poleward outflow channel.
Winds to the south of the LLC, in the ITCZ, are also running in the correct direction to create a equator-ward outflow channel.
All good for development.
