I posted my thoughts on my blog... I really don't see this forming til the winds die down, the ull off Florida is pesky and until it gets closer to Cuba and only IF winds die down and an anti-cyclone would be nice.

There is color I will give it that and it is something to watch but have gotten so burned in June watching the SW Carib... wondering what it will look like if it gets closer to Florida...

But look at that ULL spin
