Honestly, this is a "Cape Antilles" storm and we should treat it as such. We give Cape storms room to organize, why not a persistent one like this. I say watch the convection and the outflow(think of a fireplace. The reason the fire stays there is not the brick, it's the chimney. Move the chimney and the fire will follow if it has fuel). If those fizzle then good bye. And by the last sat. view the outflow looked like it got stifled ;)
