Geographical area covered by mid-Atlantic wave-storm continues to grow. It looks very much now like a system from early August, which grows to extreme size, drawing on a huge moisture, heat and energy pools, before beginning to consolidate when actual tropical storm formation begins. So all of our fears and misgivings about this season seem to have been well-founded.
