simple logic

Keeping this as simple as possible...though I love the discussion on here this morning.

Emily was predicted to develop by now and with that development the set up would have been different. One parameter with storm tracking is the INTENSITY of the storm.

When a storm doesn't form and stays a wave it moves west steered by different factors than a developed storm that is vertically stacked.

The longer she is a wave...the futher west she gets. The longer she is a tropical depression or minimal tropical storm she goes west.

The models will shift west with her until she gets to a place where she is more developed and then we will see the other steering factors and how they figure into the equation.
