5.1 out of 5.99. If that doesn't get people to evacuate I don't know what will. Yes, it will probably be lower at landfall in the Carolinas and even lower in the NE, but still, this is a scary storm that is "major" even if it doesn't officially have the title. (a title based solely on wind speed)
