I have no clue, but even if it weakens considerably, this storm is going to have a destructive surge in the NE. Surge takes awhile to dissipate. I really hope the media talks about this in detail. This, at the moment, is a category 2 hurricane with a category 5 surge potential. They aren't scrolling that across the tickers. Even though that will come down, it's still better to talk about it rather than people and tickers on the media talking only about how it is expected to become a category 3. I haven't check all the media outlets this morning, so maybe some are covering it better than others. |
