Beachman, I don't think you're correct here in saying it was "all wind." On the contrary, a good part if not most of the damage on Mexico Beach (the supposed subject of this thread) was apparently caused by surge. Mostly wind in Panama City and PC Beach; surge (and also wind) on Mexico Beach.
