That letter was the same letter that was in our account, except the date inside was dated October 10th. That is dated after the September 29th letter that we got for declining the offer. Everything else, including the deadline to reply by, was still the same. It was the same offer. To make sure there is no confusion, we've declined it again and will wait to get written confirmation, again, that we declined. This is a ridiculous process.
