BP clouds their spill as Americans seek to fix the worst man made environmental disaster in human history.
BP is grossly negligent in the way it drilled the gushing well.
The directors at BP should be arrested for killing the Gulf, and 11 contractors.
I doubt the oil suspended below the surface of the waters in the Gulf will remain suspended above the sea bed and below the surface of the waters in the Gulf.
Some portion of the suspended oil will oxidize and eventually rise and wash up on beaches on the East Coast or of the Gulf.
