Locally here in Charlotte Harbor Fl so far we are oil free (thank you Jesus) but tourism is feeling the "Gulf beaches=oily mess" mentality.The city is launching a major ad campaign trying to counter act this as folk who usually come down to south west Florida are headed to the Atlantic beaches for their vacations.Charter fishing and beach based businesses report  a big drop in customers.
