| Thank you, Beachlover, for putting the feelings into words. I understand the despair. Having also retired to a beach house on the Gulf of Mexico, your words ring true for those of us who do not have the luxury of time on our side to wait for nature to heal itself from such devastation. Our innocent neighbors, the sea turtles, dolphins, fish, and shorebirds are not able to speak of their helpless plight... yet their suffering makes it even harder for those of us who love them to bear what is happening. |
