| Knuckle, thanks for your explanation of this odd roiling in the near shore surf shown on the video. Your take on it is reassuring and I hope you are right. The amount of oil on the beach is truly disheartening. I cannot imagine how it can be possible to keep up with that much accumulation using only shovels and bags without keeping cleanup crews on every stretch of beach. |
