OK, so for those that don't quite understand this yet, above is another loop of what I am attempting to point out here.
Notice the anomolies on MORE THAN ONE NWS radar site.
Operative phrase here is MORE THAN ONE.
This obviously shows a disturbance in the atmosphere that multiple radars are reflecting back on.
Strong charge concentrations in the ionosphere can do exactly that.
Microwaves will bounce back off a plasma.
