Tim - I agree 100%.

The test of the hypothesis comes from experimentation.

If someone makes a forecast and they can show they are accurate more than 60% of the time, then they have a real working model.

The solar correlation stuff is doing just that.

They don't nail it exactly 100%, but much better than just a coin toss.
