see the stats... i found more but stuck with those
all at same distance from a storm
i think the strongest winds are really localized and the large structure we see on the sat is not that bad... will cause flooding from rain and storm water up north.. and even 50 mph winds steady breaks down up north trees.. that don't sway like palms
cypress i know storms and i know the beach at storms.. and i know when they are far away and the really BAD ones you feel... they have a nasty look that is hard to explain, like some tornadoes have a growl and others have a rumble
not saying it won't be a mess up north just saying its deceptive on imagery wide... spread across a large area, probably strong winds in small center or area
someone who was with us wondered if the storm possibly was not stacked well, something about low level and upper level... but then they upgraded it so that discussion was squelched
