My wife and I had both Moderna vaccinations. We are now in our 6th month since receiving our 2nd Moderna. So we will have to wait a bit for a booster. We did get our annual flu vaccine last week. We previously had pneumonia, TDAP, shingles vaccines. We are both in our late 60's. I have a 1st cousin in NC who received a lung transplant in 2017. He received both Pfizer vaccines and yet had break through case of Covid. Being immunocompromised placed him in a precarious situation. He is presently in a rehab facility after being on a ventilator for some 7 weeks. His lungs are still very unhealthy....and is looking at a very, very long recovery at best.
My wife and I will get the Moderna booster as soon as the vaccine is available |
