Hi Karen, and very sorry for my late reply. Yes, my booster was a full dose, received prior to Moderna's coming out with the half dose version. Contrary to the first two doses, when the only side effect I experienced was slight soreness at the injection site, the booster occasioned one day only of a very low grade fever, a brief passing chill, and a light headache. I, too, did have a sore, warm and flushed red upper arm over two or three days, which syndrome I looked up and found actually has a name: COVID Arm. (!!) (Google it.) I was delighted to finally have some proof that my elderly immune system was still capable of putting up a fight. |
