a/c filters

I've been buying filers for our a/c unit from discountfilters.com for years & stocked up on them in the last year or 2, changing them more frequently than it says they will last. I like their AIRx stuff & they are all made in the US. I used to buy the merv11, but bumped it up to merv13 when the pandemic started

I also might make a "home made air purifier" using 4 a/c filters (Merv 13), duct tape & a box fan. If one of the 4 of us in our home were to be positive for covid, I would have it running in their bedroom, to lessen the chance of spread to the rest of us. Everything required to make this we already have in the house.

I would use duct tape & not packing tape like they show in their video. We already have 2 air purifiers for other areas in the house, just because we all have allergies + 2 dogs
