The program is just starting to roll out. There is a link to a list of Walgreens locations in that article, but the list is short. I don't know about what CVS locations have them yet. Walmart by the second week of February. With all of these, I just don't know if it will be all stores and of course there would be a limited supply.

Unlike the free testing kits which are ordered through a government website or hotline and shipped by the United States Postal Service, the free N95 masks will be available to pick up at "tens of thousands" of pharmacies and community health centers that have partnered with the federal government's COVID-19 vaccination campaign.
If you were to call some locations they could be out by the time you got there. But you could see when they will start being available if unsure when the place you want to get them at will start seeing them arrive.
I had bought these at Home Depot: https://www.homedepot.com/p/3M-Aura-Particulate-Respirator-N95-Foldable-10-Pack-9205P-10-DC/316909322
And they seem to work well. It takes getting used to them. I've only worn them for an hour at most so far. It's better to get them on in front of a mirror, though with practice maybe I'll get better at it without a mirror. I can't imagine having to wear them daily all day long. |
