I can't imagine what they're going through, physically and mentally. I can understand why some have had to quit or move on to different settings. Sadly the unvaccinated just don't care. Just like the unvaccinated guy at the start of the article.



If unvaccinated people do get sick from this new, highly contagious COVID variant, Sprunger says they can just do what he did.

"If you get it, go to the hospital," he said. "They'll get you through it."

That's hard for nurse and unit manager Kristen McLaury to hear, considering just how many of her patients haven't gotten through it.




Some people will never understand, even while suffering in the hospital from it. If they live, they're still taking beds from others and overworking staff. All because they don't want a few shots due to whatever misinformation they've been fed.

I should have figured vaccinations in Texas would be low in places. Vaccination rates for counties across the U.S.:
