That is some very interesting information there. Thanks.
I like that Master Storm List. I've never seen that before. My hunch is that Potential Tropical Cyclone Ten will be in the list. Otherwise there would be a gap in the numbering system. Either way it's going to be a bit crazy now to get the total number of TDs for the year, by having to always remember to subtract the Potential Tropical Depressions (PTD?) from the list. :(
