truth is... until recently the news was controlled by the "Fourth Estate" and now .... if you dig around and look for more info it's available.

We are not talking about little green men visiting earth... Weather Mod is done in many places for small things like to make rain or to try and stop the rain from falling... it's not a big hop skip and a jump to bigger goals...

Finding the truth among the things that glitter like gold but are only brass... is the challenge..

calling people on either side of the fence crazy serves no purpose
