Everyone talking about speed and the NE turn. Another key component is will this thing inch westward at all. If it goes pretty much due north and then turns NE, you're looking at something from Appalachicola to Big Bend area. If this thing nudges ever so slightly west of due north like the GFS and a few other models suggest, you're looking at something a little closer to Pensacola, Destin or Panama City. So will be interesting to see if it does take those wobbles to the left like some of the models suggest or stay on a due north course before it turns. |
