I had emailed & asked her if she was safe - this was yesterday:

...Heard from coworker who has family member working in a hospital in Tacoma that they were told they are out of masks and staff need to bring their own!!!
[her dialysis employer] was told from our supplier that we cannot getting any more masks till April. They are rationing the masks, gloves, and peroxide disinfecting wipes!!! We have to save all empty boxes/containers and only get supplies to replenish what was emptied. At least until the masks are totally gone....

so I guess it doesn't matter if their patient load explodes, they can only get supplies replaced in the amount they used previously ??? This will not end well
