easy to make - I always keep bottled lime & lemon juice on hand, fresh ginger root in the freezer - I'll have to buy coconut water & freezing some fruit will make it keep longer & also make a colder drink or smoothie in the blender for hot summer days or cooling down a fever. Watermelon I would cut in chucks of size to easily blend & freeze without the rind

you can also make your own granola or energy bars, there's a ton of recipes out there - I used to do that a lot when kids were little

kale, spinach, cilantro, parsley & other greens also freeze well, just roll them up in a freezer bag after washing & squeeze out the extra air - easy to cut some off & add to broth, soup or ramen to give it nutrition or even throw in a smoothie. If it's already cleaned & in the freezer, I use it more often - the problem now would be finding them in the store or having to go out & buy them :(
